XO HAIR LAB CANCELLATION POLICY

We do require that all clients have a credit card on file to secure their appointments. No calls, no shows do get charged the full amount of their service. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so a full 24 hours PRIOR to your appointment time to avoid being charged the full amount of the scheduled missed service.
